We provide initial software setup, training, and continuing support as required to ensure the ARC software runs properly. While the software is intuitive, and it is likely you will be able to do most things on your own, feel free to reach out to our team if you need additional support.
How much does ARC cost?

Can I use ARC on my mobile device?
For offline use, we have developed an ARC app for Apple iPad© devices. Additionally, the ARC system has been optimized for use on mobile devices, and can be used on any mobile device with internet or data capability. Download app
How do I pay an invoice?
We accept payment by credit card, check, or wire transfer. To process a credit card payment, please visit our online portal to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. You can find detailed information on paying by check or wire transfer at the bottom of your invoice.
How is the software updated?
We regularly update our software through ongoing coding improvements, user interface enhancements, or by developing new features. In general, feature upgrades for modules that you have already purchased are provided to you at no additional cost.
How can I request a specific software feature?
We value feedback from our customers and take your input into account when planning new features. Depending upon the complexity and demand for the requested feature, it may eventually get integrated free of charge, or could be provided as a custom development project. Please submit suggestions using our contact form.
Do you also provide Manuals services?
