The seamless integration provides a streamlined reporting process for ARC clients
ROCKVILLE, MD, December 6, 2021 -In their continued commitment to improving aviation safety, ARC Safety Management, a leading provider of Safety Management System (SMS) software, has collaborated with NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) to integrate their safety reporting systems. Through the integration, ARC now provides the ability to automatically disseminate data to ASRS, eliminating duplicate efforts for clients.
ARC is a modular online and app solution for managing safety, communications and overall aviation operations. Together with its sister company AviationManuals, ARC supports over 4,000 companies worldwide and is utilized by flight departments, FBOs, and commercial drone operators. ARC enables operators to better manage SMS within their own organization. The NASA ASRS (Aviation Safety Reporting System) collects anonymous data from safety reports to maintain and improve aviation safety. The development process took several months including a multipart backend combination of ARC updates for automation, data translation, form synchronization, and sever connections to ensure the now seamless transmission of safety information.
